「We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. 」

It's got the basic breakfast, cereal, fruit, the waffle machine... the hotel was clean, the wood painted by the flower beds and there was fresh mulch and flowers, and that maintenance shows they care about the hotel.
