「Our stay at Regia Rosetta was truly magical. It has been our favorite hotel so far on our two week Italy trip. The room was perfect with its beautiful views, infrared sauna and Turkish shower. The breakfast was delicious and included many different homemade desserts each morning. But what made this hotel even better was the mother and son who own and run it. 「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「Lovely hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is located within 10-minute walking distance of the city's main attractions, and very neatly decorated. The breakfast is awesome with lots of customisable options.」

「Great stay next to the airport. Beautiful hotel - lovely layout and good service with nice wine shop downstairs.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
