"Novelty of staying on a houseboat is fun, and the place was nicely laid out and clean. However, there is essentially nothing in the immediate area for dining or amenities. There's a plaza of stores about 2km away. Immediate vicinity is a bit gritty and public transport is limited. It was odd to feel isolated yet look across the harbor and see a bustling city. "My stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. Simon, Elvira, and the entire team were outstanding. When my flight was rescheduled and I requested an extension, they had no family rooms available—yet Simon went out of his way to secure an alternative room for us.
