「Section 8 hotel Room smells like body odor. I asked if there were any other rooms. She said no. No hot water in the shower for the morning. People walking around either drunk or on drugs screaming. I really want my money back ! But I was locked in to the no refund policy. There should be no back out restrictions when it’s obviously not a safe accommodation. Reviews were mixed so I was aware but again, not able to back out 」

「First room I could not lock the door. Second room I had to place a towel to fill in space between the door and the floor. The pictures was not what the room was however the bed was comfortable. I feel that because we booked through Expedia we were given the poorest room available. This place was a 2.5 at best. 」

「Staff was great, room was clean but "worn out". They are in the middle of upgrades and renovations so I feel this may be changing soon. One bed was literally crooked because obviously only one side gets slept on, but suprisingly it was still very comfortable. Air and heat worked great. Not spotless clean but clean and neat and like I said, quite worn out and old. The white bedcovers were quite stained but freshly clean and yes, I smelled them. 「1st impression: Felt unsafe and had a musty stench in the air. Beds were made in a very disheveled manner. Ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t get more until housekeeping got there which was after we had to check out. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Good points: Appreciated having an elevator. Air conditioner / heater ran well. It was nice to have a kitchenette even though we didn’t use it. 」

「Room was so clean, property was clean, staff was lovely and accommodating. The gym was small but had everything you need it in (dumbbells to 45 , TRX bands , ropes , medicine balls, couple treadmills ) 24 hour refreshment bar . Breakfast was fantastic travelling with 2 teenage boys (sausage , eggs, potatoes, greek yogurt ) filled everyone up nicely . My family will stay at this hotel again when travelling down to Florida . Everything you need on a quick stopover .」
