「The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I had a dog with me, and the room floor had a very functional, non-carpet flooring that was awesome! Bed was great. Traffic and plane noise, but overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.」

「Breakfast was not very good but room was clean. Had to have bedspread replaced because it had what looked like oil spots all over. Bathroom was extremely small. Overall needs updated. 」

The shower was a little slick and the pan was really sloped. It felt a little unsafe. I think the wall behind the toilet needed to be scrubbed too, it looked a stained. There were a lot of choices in the little cantina if you wanted to use it. I almost forgot, the room above me had a very heavy footed person in it and they paced all evening up...

「I pre-booked a king bed. Upon arrival and checking when we got to our room it was a single double bed. Nothing was said when we checked in. We went back to the front desk and was told there were no more king rooms and there was nothing he could do! We did not stay」

「We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.」
