「We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double queen bedroom and I was glad there were wall hooks to hang things. However, there was no microwave in the room. We were trying to make sure we actually ate our leftovers. Each time I needed to reheat something I had to go to the lobby area. If you are a guest that plans on washing your swim gear and towels during your stay, there is no guest laundry room! I confirmed this with the desk rep. 「My stay here was not as I had hoped. While the location and views were on par, housekeeping and staff were not. One of the beds in my room had a large stain on the sheets, which we had gone to management and asked to be changed, only to find out that the room was serviced and the same bedding remained. Again, we asked for it to be changed; housekeeping had left for the day, so we had to change the sheets ourselves. One of the pleasures of staying in a hotel with housekeeping is to have bedding...

The beach is gorgeous, the pools are great, and there are plenty of activities for both adults and kids. 「Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable. There was trash under furniture from previous guest and our room had a significantly musty/damp smell. For the price and location it was still a reasonable stay. 」
