"Amazing staff, comfortable room, but older than Lucy and Desi. The sockets in the room would not even hold our chargers. NO ELEVATORS and one roach (not the smoking kind). Please ask for first floor accommodations and charge your phone in the car. "

I still waited patiently and it was 3 o’clock by the time I checked in but since I didn’t stay the entire night and I was checked out by 12 am I requested a full refund for the entire amount and they denied it.
