「They said I didnt pay so it took forever to check in and get my room ready, granted it was maybe new staff that didn't see all the details of the third party booking... They room didnt have soap and the shower head didnt work very well. I also didnt get a double tree cookie when I checked in... but I am an adult so I guess i shouldnt complain about that 」

「The room was clean and comfortable. We were unhappy that we were not allowed to sit in the common area during the day. We had a whole family there and would have liked to sit and socialize together but were told the space was off limits because the desk person could not see us in case there was a medical emergency.」
