"Could not use the toilet in our room. Staff came in the jiggle something inside the toilet on the back and expected me to do the same throughout the night. Never again will we stay here "

"Nice hotel and staff. Pool looked inviting but it was too cold when we were there. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. A/C and heat controls were quirky. Buffet breakfast would have benefited from some hard boiled eggs as alternatives to the egg dish offered. Hot oatmeal would have been welcome as well. But it was nice not to have to leave the building. There is a diner across the driveway that is convenient for meals. On site parking was also free and available. Hotel is approximately 30 minutes from RSW. "
