"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

Only downside, restaurant and spa way overpriced. 1M IDR for 1 hour food massage or 560k IDR for a curry in Bali is taking advantage.. too bad. "
"Property was a little out of Lovina Beach, but was only a 5min car ride away. Lunch and dinning options were limited at the resort, so if you didnt like the available options, this meant you were heading into Lovina Beach or beyond to find a restaurant that had a wider menu range."
"My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and it was by far the best resort experience that either of us have ever had. The grounds are stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff and service is impeccable. We hope to return to Bali and stay again! Would recommend to anyone. "

"The staff were great as is the case in most of Bali. Hot Springs were just the best. Rooms were clean and comfy bed, but no air con, which wasnt a problem for us. Only other negative was no hot water in shower but if you spend 3 hours in the hot springs like me, who needs a shower."
"It’s very quiet and very beautiful. The room is clean and staff are so 😊 nice. The food is amazing and you have your private pool if you live downstairs. It’s one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever been!"
