"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

"The room itself was lovely and clean with a beautiful view and a balcony on which to enjoy it! However, the bathroom let the room down, it was mouldy in places and generally smelled damp - it simply needs a good bleach and scrub! The hotel itself was dusty everywhere, perhaps a hazard of the volcanic area, but it didn’t inspire confidence on our arrival. Même avant notre arrivée il nous a conseillé sur le choix de l'hébergement et durant tout le séjour il était là pour nous renseigner ou nous aider. L'endroit est formidable, c'est presque le Paradis. "The manager, Sam, runs a truly excellent accommodation!! My two days spent in Kintamani were one of the highlights of my time in Bali. Super friendly vibes in the reception area, always people hanging out, was great for me as a solo traveler, and no issues with noise when it came time to sleep.
