「Personnel très agréable Emplacement central」

「We were excited about staying on a boat as we owned one ourselves. The location and property were not clearly explained. The photos of the boat must be several years old! We had to walk about a 1/2 mile down the cobblestone marina to find the boat and when we arrived we were put on another boat next to this one. The property was much older and run down. The internet was very spotty! We explained to the manager we were not comfortable there and requested a refund of at least 1/2 our fee. We left...

「Das Zimmer war okay. Groß und sauber. Der Service zum checkin auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück dagegen war mies. Nur Joghurt, 2 Kuchensorten, Zwieback und Marmelade in Plastikpack, und Crosiant, und ein Glas Saft. Kaffee jederzeit - bedingt, wenn noch Pads für die langsame alte Maschine da sind , Milch dazu nur beim Frühstück. Den muss man dann aber auch einfordern. Wozu die nette Dame dann beim Frühstück da war? Zum abräumen und gucken. Sie sprach nur italienisch und französisch um wohl nicht...

Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. 「Clean room great location. difficult to get to if you are driving a rental car but there are many parking garages within walking distance as long as your luggage has wheels. :) The staff is friendly and thoughtful. I would recommend.」
