"Very clean, well kept, very kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was good and fresh but we only ate there once and bar service was great! I missed having coffee or tea in my room, they have a galley on each floor with supplies for coffee and tea but it was a ways from our room! No ice machine either but they had soda in a vending machine! So it’s just the in room coffee/tea that I would have liked to have! It was a lovely place & we’d stay there again!! "

"Three of us stayed in a studio, so one of us slept on the pullout chair bed. The sheets provided were dirty and sticky, so we had to grab some new ones from the cleaning staff. Front desk was very helpful and we appreciated that you had to have an active key to get up to the rooms! Very short walk to everything and is in a quiet area! "

"Upon entering my room, I found the bedding to be dirty and the bathroom shampoo and conditioner dispenser was broken. While the staff did move me to another room, the complimentary breakfast was only offered after I asked, which was a bit disappointing. "

"Decent breakfast, no complaints. Room was spacious and quiet for a hotel close to airport. We ate in the Italian Kitchen and the bar restaurant. A little pricey but nice enough and convenient. Would recommend as cheaper that Dublin City centre and easily drivable if you have a car. "

"Did not do breakfast. Ingles supermarket was just around the block. The rooms were clean but EXTREMELY SMALL. Needed AC in winter but not very cool and window only cracked open an inch so no air. We would maybe stay there again if I was by myself. But claustrophobic with 2 of us in room"

"The room and the sheets were not super clean. Those who attend mostly friendly, but without important information such as the size of the locker, price to leave the luggage once we checked out. They charge towels even for a private room for 4 and leave luggage. The food price-quality reasonable"

"When we arrived the staff wasn’t sure if our room was ready, which felt off. Once we went to our room it smelled VERY strongly of bleach — this would otherwise be fine but it was uncomfortably strong and there were no windows cracked to air it out. The pillows and sheets had stains and our towels had holes in them. The pictures made this place out to be very charming but I would not stay here again."
