「Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. 「Perfect Location. It's located at the centre of Brighton. I can go anywhere on foot. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, especially Auri & Fernando. Definitely I'm going to book Q² again if I go to Brighton.」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation...

「Cozy hotel with very sympathetic and welcoming staff. It feels very much like home. The rooms are fine and clean. Their restaurant has a menu with good options for lunch and dinner. It does not have a lift, so, if carrying heavy luggage, it might be a little effort. The curtains in the bathroom could be a little thicker to make the shower experience more pleasant. Otherwise, I only have compliments on the quality of the premises, the service and the personnel. 」
