"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"I enjoyed my stay, place had fresh towels and linen and little to no dust. They provided with shower essentials. response time was within 30 minutes to an 1hour and a half after my initial message which was reassuring. Some of of the glassware that was provided for drinking wasn’t properly washed. I grabbed a wine glass that had lip marks and fingerprint marks all over it and that was nice to see.
