「Unkompliziert, modern und bequem」

「Disappointing Stay – Good Location, Poor Room Condition I stayed at Apartmenthaus Berlin Neukölln while visiting Berlin for a gig nearby. The location was convenient, with good transport links, and the check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately, these were the main positives of my stay. The room itself was in poor condition and fell short of my expectations. There was no kettle, and although they offered a coffee machine as an alternative, the drinks were not heated properly. There was also...

「👍👍👍」

「Pros: The check-in process was very smooth, all-done online and through whatsapp. They allowed me to check-in at 12 pm for free, since the room was already ready. Everything was clean and set up nicely. Free water, coffee, earplugs Very close to the S-Bahn, so transportation is very easy Friendly staff Cons: The room did not look like any of the ones in the pictures, but it was mostly similar. There was a big circular brown burn stain/mark on the ground. It was only one double sofa bed,...

「The living room is spacy as well as the kitchen. We like the kitchen the best.」

「Our stay exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and we loved the free gym access!」

「Super.」

「They use AI to reply your question so the answer are quite ridiculous on hotel.com. they say they have washing machine but the AI when asked he said there are none and when I found the washing machine they don’t work.」

「A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll.」

「It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. 」

「Clear room, nice place」
