「good hotel」

「Hotel was hard to find, wrong phone number listed on app. In a shady area definitely not somewhere to stay with a family or even your girlfriend, room had no hot water, no safe and tv didn’t work.」

「Quiet place and close to fast food places」

「Our flight was canceled last minute and it was beginning to become dark out, being out of the country and now off our resort left us scrambling. We were able to book at this location for one night, 2 people. Nice hotel, hot water, clean beds, bottled water provided! We felt safe behind locked gate during our stay and was given great travel advice in the morning when checking out high recommended!」

「Great hotel, great staff」

「We have been waiting to come to this resort for over two years and sadly it was very disappointing. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately we found a dead cockroach in our room as soon as we entered it. There was also a small cockroach that crawled across our table at the Blind Butcher as soon as we sat down. It made us wonder what was in the kitchen. When we told one of the staff members the lady responded by saying...

「Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!」

「The property is great however the aAC in the rooms is not needs to be set to 20. The hot water runs out, and there is no dishwasher. The property is great and has 2 rooms and a room and a small extra room with a bunk bed. As a recommendation to the owner I would say to leave basic condiments in the kitchen ex: salt pepper and olive oil it would make the experience a lot better.」

「Man, I was super skeptical about coming alone, and honestly, it was a little intimidating at first. But as soon as I arrived at Bakour Suites, they welcomed me with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. I truly loved my time there and would absolutely come back again.」

「Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.」

「Second time here and it’s still as amazing as ever. Service, cleanliness and food are top notch! Resort is a bit older than other resorts around and could use some updating but they keep everything extremely clean. I do wish Sanctuary Town was still part of the all inclusive package but unfortunately it’s not. Pools are great and the restaurant Wok is a must! We can’t wait to go back!」
