「AC was completely turned off so it was 83 degrees when we walked into our room at nearly 10pm after driving all afternoon. Good news is that the AC did cool down the room within a few hours but it was a rough start to get to sleep. We made reception aware of what was going on. They did not seem in the least surprised or apologetic. They did offer us another room, but who in the right mind would stay there after seeing that?!
