「We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked.」

「I was pleasantly surprised. Place was super clean, kitchen had all the gadgets needed, found out when we got a wine but no wine key to open it! Location was amazing, 5 mins to downtown but plenty nearby which we ended up not even going downtown. Highly recommend this place. Super cute and clean and spacious.」
