「Staff were only available at certain times. There was a strong smell inside, like cleaner of some sort.」

「Room was clean and location was good. Pretty easy access to the motorway and where i needed to be. Only downside was arriving at 4pm the reception was already closed and you have to access through the pub area. Not knowing this i had all my luggage to carry through etc. 」

「飯店位在雪梨市中心跟藍山的中間點。我們訂的是家庭房，房間空間很大很舒服。飯店人員很熱情，仔細的告訴我們停車場的位置，以及餐廳位置。餐廳水準很高，選擇很多，我們吃了泰國菜跟意大利菜,非常的好吃，價錢也合理。回房間後覺得房間空調不夠冷，跟櫃台反應後也馬上換了一個房間給我們。很棒的住宿經驗。」

When I questioned this charge, the old man and the female owner responded with extreme anger and hostility, as if I had committed a crime just for asking.
