Fix the little things!
"Cleanliness is not the problem …. It’s little things ….. like a chair I can’t sit in & ever get out of …. a bed that’s too low …… a toilet that every few seconds makes an annoying “whoosh” ALL THE TIME …… a fan in the heating system that blows cold air until it warms up & then the fan cannot be turned ..."

"Have stayed here several times and it's been a great experience. My only real issue is that in the villas they do not offer housekeeping service. They will remove trash and refresh towels upon request but for the amounts paid, it's sad that housekeeping basically no longer is a part of the high rates ..."
