"There was a mix up between the website and the lodge. Check in is 4pm on wards. Checkout is 9.30 not 11am. No full breakfast only self service breakfast and access to some items. Location is beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Gareth is lovely and friendly and helpful. Room was the small room but perfect for what we needed. We had a lovely staff. Explained to Gareth the mix up with hotels.com and said worth checking the details. "

"This an elegant countryside lodging overlooking the Tay valley. Continental breakfast had great coffee and pastries, granola, kieffer and bread. Dinner can be found in Aberfeldy about 5 minutes away by car. Listening to birds and walking was most restful."

"Booked again since we were overly impressed when we stayed here last year. Proprietors are ever so polite, friendly and accommodating. Full Scottish breakfast with cereals, yoghurts, toast, fruit, tea and coffee in abundance. Clean room with comfy bed has tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits and bottled water complimentary each day. Cannot recommend highly enough... we shall return."

"Convenient and easy to get to. Clean and spacious room. We stayed in 11 which was so close to the car park and only had a few steps. "Tina and Fiona do a wonderful job of serving guests at Fernbank House with lovely guest rooms and a homemade breakfast fit for kings and queens. "We stayed here for 2 nights on BB basis. Alll staff are excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable with views across Tay Bridge and Quayside. Enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, not overly busy. Showers are lovely and clean and have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was lovely however was slightly disappointed with the waffles, wasn’t fresh and saturated in too much maple syrup. Stayed at Apex in Glasgow and the waffles were freshly made and crispy so was expecting same. "
