It was great but starting to look a little tired. Great staff. Great bed. Great location. Everything as you expect for Malmasion, just a little tired in decoration but great price.

Have stayed here many times and as always the staff are so friendly and helpful. Cleanliness wise, the halls and room carpets really needed thorough vacuuming. The air conditioning unit was very temperamental with a flashing bright green light when trying to sleep

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the train station, and there is a car park across the road. The staff were friendly, particularly those in the bar. The room was clean. On the negative side, the room was noisy due to neighbouring pubs and the breakfast, while decent, was not worth the price.
