"For the price you pay for one night you would expect complimentary water would be in your room. Along with a complimentary breakfast at the least. I ordered an americano from the cantina and I paid $6 for something that tastes like water with a splash of coffee. We got mini corn dogs and a salad and our total was $33. Staying at the hotel is not worth it. The only thing free is the water park (yes as advertised) but for the price you pay you would think there would be more options to add on complimentary or at a discounted price since you are paying to stay there. They asked if we wanted a birthday banner for $15… it looks like a toddler put it up and is NOT $15 worthy. I asked for a cup of water for my child at the coffee shop they said we had to pay for the bottled water even as a hotel guest. Not to mention the inconvenience of check in being 4pm and check out 10 am. You’re not even getting a full 24 hours for your stay. My child had a blast non the less but because I forked out over $300 more for her happiness AFTER paying for our room. We will come back for the water park but we will NOT stay at the hotel again. "

"Bathroom was horrible floor laminate was moldy and water was coming out when you stepped on it. The bathroom door was off its hinges. The shower looked like it was painted by a twelve-year-old. All the stainless steel was rusted. But the worst part was stepping on the floor and getting your feet.Wet, every time from the water coming out from underneath the laminate flooring and the mold."

"Staff was excellent, breakfast buffet was good new selections every day. Room wasn’t quite as clean as I would expect, found pills and a wrapper under the tv/fridge stand, marks on walls, corners of bathroom dirty bedding comforter should be replaced. Hallways and elevator flooring stained, coming apart. Overall average for a dated hotel. "

"breakfast was only a muffin coffee or granola bar. the room was awful dirt and grossness in shower. walls were brown from all the dirt outlets broken our sheets were dirty the don’t disturb sign had chew marks on it. the pictures online DO NOT COMPARE IN THE SLIGHTEST. even in the lobby pictures are different. there was knife stabs in our door and refrigerator we have pictures and proof of all"
