「Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!」

「The hot water takes 15 minutes to get warm. The heating system didn’t work and I didn’t find out until later during the night that none of the plugs in the room work except in the bathroom, the TV the mini fridge the lamps none of it worked I was given a space heater that I plugged in while I took a shower, but later when I tried to plug the space heater in in the bedroom area, it would not work. Would you let me to become an electrical inspector and find out that nothing worked none of the...
