They are clean, convenient, and affordable, and they tend to have lots of useful amenities or people who might have forgotten to bring something like a toothbrush or razor. This particular hotel has a really convenient location that's a short walk from several train stations and from a couple of very charming and pleasant shopping arcades. "Best stay of our whole trip. Tons of room in the hotels and a beautifully displayed Kyoto style breakfast at a customized time each morning. Staff was always friendly and cordial. We will be looking forward to our next stay here when we are in the area again! 10/10 would highly recommend"
