Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. 「Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice room and garden, great live music and eats at the pub, highly recommended!」

「Great place to stay」

「All the staff is very helpful, nicely, kindly and sweet. The room is bit, maybe I booking family room, the bed is sooooo big. If I come again, this is my first choice to booking again.」

「Good value for money 」

「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」

「有冷氣、雪櫃、交通便利、離市中心不超過15分鐘」

「Good value for the price. Lovely large room and friendly staff on reception - enjoyed the Welsh cakes given on arrival. Nice seating area near the entrance to relax in.」

「Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation 」

「Friendly hotel, helpful staff and great food. I'll be back.」
