「We booked this by mistake. We thought we were at Hyatt Place in downtown Royal Oak. It was very late at night. We were told that we were at Hyatt House two miles north! Had to call our relative to come back and collect us and take us to Hyatt House. The lobby is lovely, staff are superb, breakfast was excellent. But the rooms are of “brutal architecture”. Grey, chunky, wide spaces to accommodate wheelchairs. Not cozy and inviting. Lighting is fluorescent and cold. Yuck. Not...

Beverages only available in reception area and consist of tea bags and instant coffee, with water from a thermos flask!
