"The staff need to be more professional. I had an awkward experience that did not make a good impression on me nor my partner. The staff was handling a difficult customer ahead of me, but their incapacity to correctly handle that difficult customer, to say the least was disappointing. The staff member had become alarmingly irate with that particular difficult customer, very unprofessional. Adding to the already convoluted spectacle, after re-entering the lobby with my luggage, the manager, incorrectly assumed that I was the difficult customer that her staff was dealing with earlier. This was an incredulous experience that has left a bitter memory regarding this establishment. To the hotel management, please train your staff on how to handle difficult customers and train your manager to properly identify difficult situations without jumping to conclusions and assumptions. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job."

"I needed the heat on and the room stayed nice and warm. The bed qas quite comfortable and it was in a quiet location near residential apartment buildings. "

"Had a great stay there with my granddaughter. We were in Hamilton for a dance competition. The restaurants were both handy to have. Comfortable beds and we stayed in room 108 and had no issues."

"Nice hotel, location not that handy, but ok if you have a car. Rooms a bit dated but clean. We bought breakfast at the restaurant and this was very good."

"cleaning staff did not clean rooms. just made bed. stayed for two whole weeks and had the same sheets the whole time. did not have garbages cleaned every other day (more like every 4 days). are not inclusive for people of all tax brackets, they expect you to use only credit for your stay and overcharge your card if you do not have a high enough credit limit."

"The perfect spot for our family with young kids. We were able to stop in for naps, wash laundry - detergent was provided - so we could pack less, and cook meals instead of having to eat out with babies. Located a quick walk from the go station so catching the train into Toronto was super quick and easy. We ended up with a large rental vehicle so parking in the underground parkade was pretty tight but we were able to fit. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a great time!"
