"It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to and the staff were so very nice. Everyone staying at the resort seemed so happy to be there."

"We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean!"

"This is one of the best places to stay in Asheville and I highly recommend Aloft properties in general and Wilmington and Asheville (each end of the state) in particular!"

"No restaurant for lunch or dinner. Had to leave premise. This was very inconvenient, especially since I just checked in after an 8 hour drive nd was tired and hungry"

"My wife and I loved this hotel. Right at the front entrance to Biltmore which is why we came to Asheville. Staff were nice and professional. The food there was excellent. We really enjoyed the room. We will stay here again."
