「Everything was excellent for us. 4star rating 」

「No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75.」

「I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.」

「Rooms were clean, staff were great, and quick access to I-65 or anything you need along Hwy 14. Lots of options for breakfast. Overall a nice stay and somewhere I’d stay again if needed.」

「The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me due to an “overbooking” issue. They implied it was Expedia’s fault. They also indicated they had called me and told me what happened and had already credited my account for the prepaid room. I received no notification from them and no credit. I was able to recover the funds only after Expedia called them. Mistakes happen but the manner in which they handled the issue was terrible.」

「The main lobby areas were nice and clean. The check in staff was no where to be found. Waited 10 to 15 minutes.. I tried calling the main number thinking they were busy with another guest. It seemed the clerk was having a cigarette while parked in the handicapped spot and didn't see anyone enter... When she did, she was clearly annoyed by our presence. Also, the room had the musty old carpet smell.」

「Had requested first floor (due to recent surgeries ) but not available when arrived. No elevator so had to pack luggage up stairs to second floor. Otherwise all was good. 👍」

「Clean room, but noisy bathroom fan and very noisy toilet flushing. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. Staff was very helpful.」

「The lady checked me in i was soaking wet from riding in the rain and my bike started acting up she did not care treated me just like we had been friends for years. Forgot to give me my id back and personally delivered it to my room would stay again 」

「Clean, spacious, comfortable and very safe and secure. Stayed again on return trip and will be back next time l go this direction. Only thing l would change is to have decaf coffee available.」
