"Tge gentleman who checked me in was super nice and helpful. I had my eyes dilated and couldn't really see, so he help me navigate the check-in process. And the ac was on in room which madenit nice because it was hot outside "

"No hot water! This was the only substantial problem of my stay, but very important, as a cold shower has triggered a serious medical condition in me in the past. I dialed 0 an hour before check-out time to report this, but no one answered (during business hours no less). I had to heat cups and an ice bucket of water in the microwave just to take a lukewarm shallow bath, which caused me to overstay my checkout. Fortunately for the operators, they did not try to charge me extra after they knocked on the door at checkout time and I (partly dressed) explained what was wrong. "
