「Public restroom in lobby area is "out of order" and, according to the front desk clerk, has been that way "for some time" with no definite date for repair. As a result, we were left no choice but to use the room they assigned for an urgent restroom visit. Upon seeing the room, we realized it was not as pictured on the Expedia website, there was no "laptop-friendly desk space" as described & there was barely enough room to squeeze between the furniture & the end of the beds. 「I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.」
