1 of the 2 elevators in each tower were out of service. Ice makers on multiple floors were also broken. Signs for these maladies (the need for which are usually temporary) looked lome they had been posted for a few years. Its evident Wyndham doesn't intend to fix.

Check In was simple enough. You just call the number at the front office, they give you your room number and the code to get in.
