「We enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub!」

「Curtains blocked all the light out and made it easy to sleep. Room could’ve been cleaner.」

「The property was dirty!!! The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. The hallways and stairways were so dirty. Stained carpets, trash, dust so thick. The room we had was very dirty as well. Dust and dirt pushed into the corners. Looks like they swept the floors but just pushed it to the corners. The walls had some damage to the corners. Big piece of wood missing. I am so shocked that a Wyhdam was this nasty.」

「When booking a Hilton property, travelers expect a baseline of predictable quality. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Midland completely dismantled that expectation. What should have been a relaxing trip quickly devolved into a frustrating experience due to a comedy of room maintenance errors. While the frontline staff demonstrated commendable responsiveness, their best efforts were ultimately hamstrung by a systemic failure in the property’s preventative maintenance protocols....

「It has everything one would need for a business trip. Nice size bathrooms, mini fridge is nice and has a modern look. Definitely would stay again, has been my second in another city and it was just as good」
