「I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past when visiting family. I was disappointed this trip. They no longer provide room service during your stay. No replenishing paper products, coffee, cups, or linens. No trash taken out. We stayed for 4 days and three nights. The hotel also charges you a resort fee. We were there for a funeral and had no time to take advantage of the pool, so that was frustrating to be charged for something that we could not use. The most frustrating was...

「The apartment itself was in great condition and very clean. The bathrooms could use some extra attention as there was a bit of dust and stray hair. The location is good but being on such a busy road there is always traffic no matter day or night. I would book again but try not to get something on the third floor. I forgot how much work it is to get luggage and groceries up and down the stairs.」
