「整體來講不是很愉快，過去酒店前已經在網上支付預計了。來以為过去登記入住就好，哪知道酒店兩個前台服務見我是游客英語又不好，員竟然又要我交房費。我還以爲是交的押金所以就把信用卡給她们支付了。后來才知道是收我的房費。太坑人了，這是我来美國入住那么多酒店最不開心的一次」

「Very accommodating staff」

「The staff was friendly and tried to help. The room had no extra blankets and it was chilly. The bathroom was not clean. The towels were paper thin - no showering for me, spent $30 for gym day pass to shower. There was a loud disturbance n the parking lot for most of the night. Staff claimed they couldn’t call police before ten. I called police who arrived around midnight. The guy stayed in his car playing softer music but was just there in. The parking lot being creepy.
