Out of all the motels in orovilke this ones the best !! All the staff are so kind, ive gotten to check in early which was a big help doing to being dis placed from the fires , the rooms are very spacious, and clean, the air works great in the rooms, a d tgey have a brand new washer and dryer.. ill only rent from this motel whenever i do need to get a room..

Room price was great. Staff friendly during check-in. This is what got this place 2 stars and not one. Room was large and a bit dated, but not bad. That's all for the good stuff. Bathroom sink was dirty. Had particles that needed to be scrubbed off. Dirty towels hanging behind the door. Floor was filthy. In need of a deep scrubbing. Refrigerator size was nice, but in desperate need of defrost. The morning brought a fun twist as the cockroach scurried across the floor. Desk and nightstand were nit cleaned. Beds were pretty much as expexted. If these basic items were taken care of, this would be an above average economical stay.

I have stayed here several times over the years with my club to fish lake Oroville, and it's clearly gone down hill The weekend we stayed there were random people that were clearly not staying on the property "visiting" a few resident guests. This went on all night long both nights, not to mention a few pit bulls running around off leach. Rooms were gross and dirty, and the lighting was really bad, and none of us had wifi all weekend we were there. Too bad, because this place was decent at one time, but we will NEVER stay there again.

We came into town to see our ill family. Member money was tight so we decided to stay there. It was so dirty. We had to mop the floor first which was solid black on the towel so rundown, I would not recommend it to anybody pay the extra money and stay right next-door. Should use some of their corporate money and fix it up very rundown piece of property.
