I love the area though. I.enjoy other Candlewood properties near my.home. I made the reservation and I added my husband Edward Gray as a guest. However upon my arrival my name was no where on reservation I did call the hotel as well as clarity of my reservation. The staff at this hotel was...

「Loud outside. Overcharged at checkout with lie of card declined even though I had already paid…dealing with that now. Another guest tried coming into our room twice at night. Never staying here again. All around bad experience.」

「Clean the rooms better the first one they put is in was damaged and had a weird smell and ant problem but then they put us in another room that was great smelled better and clean 」

「We had to pay to park. Not a parking deck but the parking lot itself required an ap and payment. Very disappointing. I would Not go back for that reason. It isn’t as much about the money as the inconvenience.」

「The property was great, the rooms were new and great. My only issue was there wasn’t bedding I. The room for the pullout bed. When I called down to the front desk they said I need to come down and pick it up. So the room wasn’t prepared well and it is the customers responsibility to correct it?」
