「Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

「Check in was slow, there were lots of people hanging around outside smoking weed, the room door didn’t close completely so you had to lock it just to keep it closed and the bathroom had used towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom.」

「From 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., several people kept arguing right outside the door, and no one came to deal with it. I couldn't sleep at all the whole night.」

「You have to pay for parking, was told it’d be only $5 and got charged $38.94 for not even 12 hours. They called the manager who did not answer so no one could refund me. Still haven’t. Breakfast is a small normal breakfast. No bacon, just eggs and sausage. Buttt the breakfast attendant was wonderfully helpful.」
