「I booked this hotel while driving from Virginia to Florida. Having stayed at Holiday Inn Express locations across the country, I expected a well-maintained room with all the necessary amenities for a restful stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The tissue boxes and lotion jar were empty, there were insufficient towels, and the toilet paper was gone. I called the front desk, but no one was available to provide the missing items. 「This mansion is one of the best places to stay on any travel occasion. Claudia takes care of you like no tomorrow and the mansion is so beautifully historical it is unreal. Love staying here and will again soon」

「Was disappointed that breakfast did not consider any menu for muslim dietary needs. Eggs also had meat added in it.」

「Hotel stay was safe & comfortable. I had booked through 3rd party site therefore was not aware of the $10 a day parking fee. The hotel is in a great spot, Walmart right next door, 2 min walk and all kinds of shopping as well as eateries all within the same area. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and changed up the next day. Buffet style. Very enjoyable. My room had a sofa bed and it was weird that when you open it up, it lays out onto the floor instead of being up on legs off the floor...

「The room was clean but smaller than in the picture. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The only missing was there was no hook for used towels in the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient. Also there was much counter space around the bathroom sink.」
