"Very used buildings desperately needing updating. Barely anything in kitchen. Carpet torn, bedding stained, shower stained, “dirt” on toilet seat and hinges. Stains on all furniture"

"Clean room with comfy bed. TV was a smart WiFi one that kept kicking me off and asking me to sign in again every four minutes. Disappointing since we had an infant who likes to watch bouncing fruit videos on YouTube to settle down for bed. Elevator was down so we had to take the stairs. "

"I didn’t know where the gym was. Room was very clean but the refrigerator smelled like cigarette smoke. My clothes smelled like it when I got home as well. Check in was delayed to rooms not being ready. I was late for my appointment."

"The property was well-lit with ample parking. Breakfast was average; the juice machine was broken for our entire 3-night stay, and there were fewer options than at other Comfort Inns. Both the cable channels and WiFi were completely unusable. Two staff members visited our room, but the issues persisted for three days, leaving us with only a few channels. It was also frustrating not being able to use our Firestick due to the constant "Web page Error." We were told the manager would call, but it's been three days since check-out, and we haven't heard anything. We've just booked another 3 night stay, but at another hotel."

"Property appeared maintained and possibly recent updates. beds and room comfortable. bathtub needed attention. Tub was dangerous because of floor "valley" causing concern with balance when changing position. woke up in am with dead cockroach on bedding. Front desk informed when checking out. (attendant was busy with another guest and I had an appointment at Cleveland clinic and could not wait). I was extended "I'm so sorry.""
