"This hotel is a big disappointment. I'm going to say that it probably has been bought out from Holiday inn and they are under a lot of need of repairs. There was only one person at the front desk they were lines waiting. He was there overnight he was there the next day I'm assuming they only have this one guy. He didn't listen to us for what we needed because I'm handicapped. The room I ended up in I have pictures the bathtub paint was all cracked off there's nowhere to put any of your items because there's no counters in the bathroom. There was dust hanging from the ceiling. The breakfast was minimal not very tasty at all. We will never go here again. No one asked how our stay was no one said hey is there something we can do for you.. because there was nobody around. Just the one desk guy. Do not go to the bar area to order food we waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food. It was 10:00 p.m. before we ever got it."

"I loved the lighting fixtures in the room, but I think that there was not good lighting over the bathroom sink, The person who installed the wallpaper did not do a good job at the seams. They needed to be wiped more to clean the paste. The tree in front of the hotel has branches that are too low over the sidewalk. The swimming pool was not open for use. I am not sure about this, but I thought that, when I made my reservation, it stated that there was a free breakfast."

"No toothpast, no soap,no sugar,no creamer,no dishes,one employee a block away in the cold rain. This ways first time out of 3 that the cons starting to add up.still is a nice room im going stick it out and see if improve service to match."

"The room was clean except there was water all in the coffee tray thing. It obviously had leaked out and no one cleaned around it or refilled it because they would have seen all the water."

"Clean room. Friendly front desk. I booked through Expedia and messaged the property twice through Expedia’s messaging- didn’t get an answer. I had to call to clarify if I could check in after midnight."

"Last minute booking while on the road. Cleaner than average motel with a great staff. Everyone staff member we ran into was really nice ."

"Elevator was out if service. We had an elderly member who had walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. Unacceptable. Hotel had no plan in place to accommodate. "

"Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a leaky toilet as well hairs and stains on the bed sheets. Not sure it was worth the price but it was decent."
