The lady behind a desk threatened to call the cops even though I had the room till 11:00 and when we're leaving and she wouldn't let me get my belongings. I tripped over garbage left in the hallway with my crutches. I only have one leg and I'm in the hospital right now still and they're getting ready to send me to a rehab from the fall at the hotel. The lady that was behind the desk didn't even help me get back up for grab my crutches. She ran away. This happened on the 1st of May. I got the room on the 2nd of May is when this happened"

"Breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Otherwise, it was quite noisy. The room doors slammed shut, thus creating slamming noises whenever other guests entered or left their rooms. I could hear the tv from the other room. The toilet paper holder was broken. I expected more quality from a Hampton Inn. "
