"Basic Japanese business hotel in one of the most convenient locations in Beppu. The rooms in this hotel are basically but have everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Rooms are clean and the overall hotel is very clean. There are also tea and coffee machines located within the hotel that are free to use for guest. Big highlight of this hotel is that you get a pass to use the onsen at nearby hotels. This hotel doesn’t have an onsen itself but that passes are unlimited so you can do some onsen hopping at the nearby hotels. The staff are also friendly and do their bests The car park at the back can full if you arrive late, it appears it is shared with the rental car company so not all cars park there are guest. If you need a car park arrive as early as possible and don’t leave during the night or it may not be available."

"Great art piece as a hotel and a art gallery. I had the onsen room with balcony. It was spacious and view was amazing. Definitely coming back in winter. But one suggestion to the hotel is the onsen is truly hot and there is only one small bucket. It was summer and it took one hour to adjust the water to a bearable temperature. It would be amazing if they do have a hose so I can speed up the cooling. I would have use the onsen once more in the very nice morning. overall highly recommend and great."

"有廣大停車場，也提供免費早餐，還有下午的無料飲料提供，雖然泡湯池小了一點。另外離JR別府站很近，周邊商品也很多。"
