"Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice "

"Prima kamer. Genoeg handdoeken ed, uitstekende douche. Alleen waren de bedden erg slap en wiebelig. Wel goed geslapen. In de kamer was het erg warm, er was geen airco. Alleen een ventilator. De ramen konden een klein beetje open."

"We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"

"Easy parking"

"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying. Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices. On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

For us it just happened to be very near a wedding we were attending hence staying there and we paid £185 for a premium room for one night as we like our creature comforts including a decent size bed and mattress for a decent nights sleep. Sadly it didn't happen in our room 124. The bed was tiny, as the relatively nice staff readily agreed, telegraphing our complaint was one of many, many dissatisfied guests. All unnecessary as the room was easily big enough...

"Great as always… Lovely staff, easy parking and check in. Restaurants within walking area but their restaurant/bar is perfect… 30second walk from the hotel. Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room. I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer. Thank you"

"Had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The room was spacious and clean with a great en-suite. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner plentiful and very tasty. Parking was easy on site. Highly recommend."

"I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. "Great location for a one night stay, clean room and very quiet which was lovely. The aircon was great and I asked for a room away from the room which was supplied. Troy on reception was amazing great customer services which is very rare. Would I stay again yes I used it for a nights stay after a great day at Jimmy’s farm. Car park was good and cost £7 for the whole time"

"I paid for a room with a window the window does not open. Was so hot no air on. The room was not clean stains on the bedding the floor was covered in dust and human hair. You go into the bathroom there was a huge nail sticking out on the floor. Booked 2 people only got 1 towel? The staff behind desk was nice. But will never go back."
