「A very cute place to stay in a lovely market town. Parking nearby (free on Sundays and overnight). Access to the rooms, due to the nature of the historic building, is not the easiest (uneven floors, narrow corridors and stairs). The room was absolutely lovely though; the bed was comfortable with quality bedlinen and pillows. The breakfast buffet was welcome - a small table and chair would have been welcome. 「A bit unusual checking in at the nearby restaurant, as we arrived fairly late, it was lucky the restaurant was still open but no problems the bar staff were very helpful and quick to issue the key cards. Room was quiet, didnt hear any other guests, although there was some noise (motorbikes) from the road outside at about 11 pm. Parking was plentiful but disappointing the EV charging station was not working, had to find charging elsewhere Morrisons.」

「We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!」

The only small criticism I have is that on my second day during breakfast, they ran out of pancakes. The pancakes were so delicious I was a bit frustrated, but I understand it wasn't the fault of staff directly.」
