"We stayed here as a family. There were quite a few young people staying here, possibly students. They were sometimes quite noisy, and we could hear groups chatting loudly in the corridors, occasionally playing music on speakers. It was fine for a short stay, but the place seemed more like a student house, which made us feel a little uncomfortable as a family."

"Clean and pleasant property, a stone's throw from the beach. Great air con and easy-to-reach hosts."

"It smelled horribly and was in basically a project housing community literally outside our door kids were selling drugs we left after 10 minutes of being there was not suitable for a family"

"Great all around, from check-in to security deposit back within 24hrs. Will stay here again"

"Clean and as described, great place and close to nearby attractions"

"Access to this property was little confused. We revived a link which let us into the wrong apartment. After a call to the host we got into the correct apartment. The flat its self was very well located and plenty of free parking was on the streets around. A couple of issues we had/didn’t like were 1) Last stay’s dirty bed lined left in the wardrobe. Yuk. Although the rest of the property was spotless. 2) Bathroom sink plug was broken when we arrived so the water wouldn’t drain. Reported it...

"Very basic, extremely noisy all night from other apartments above. Bathrooms were not clean with stains in toilets and hairs in the showers. "

"The place was in mint condition with all necessary amenities provided. It was good enough to host family of 4. For a short staying, it's one of the best places you can find. Location is another great factor."

"Communication was great, location is very convenient, modern style apartment."

"Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay. Area: Ok. Close to buses and...

"We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

"Communication before travel was excellent. Transfer bookings through their Bet Apartment Offices very impressive. They helped me book transfers from and to the airport. Smooth online check in and late midnight arrival all went smoothly. Apartment had everything that we needed and the aircon worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. We enjoyed our time there tremendously."
