Communication before travel was excellent. Transfer bookings through their Bet Apartment Offices very impressive. They helped me book transfers from and to the airport. Smooth online check in and late midnight arrival all went smoothly. Apartment had everything that we needed and the aircon worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. We enjoyed our time there tremendously.

Appartamento comodo, spazioso, pulito. Posizione comoda ai servizi e agli spostamenti. Unica nota negativa il check-in molto difficoltoso.

Auto checkin was bit difficult process as the hotel sent me wrong reservation code through email. Telephoned them few times and got the correct reservation number. Spent around 45 minutes for auto checkin. Other than this everything was prefect. Just 4 minutes walk from Angel guimera metro station. Spacious room, facilities and location really excellent.

No check in until 16.00, auto check machine is not easy to use, you scan your passport and it’s not clear when scanned! Apartment nice, just hassle if you arrive early with a bag.
