「Location, decor.. lots of ‘pretty ok’ parts of this hotel. Central location for many things & the rooms were quite clean. The biggest takeaway was the way WAY above-average friendliness & genuine kindness of the staff. You kinda expect it from the front desk, but the cleaners, kitchen & maintenance folks never failed to smile & say hello. The people at this hotel 100% ‘made’ our stay. We are from Canada & used to travel to Detroit (and the US) a lot more often. This experience was timely and...
