「Stayed on the club floor. Was great the evening before for service but the morning was disgusting. When we walked in, every place sitting had multiple plates piled high and garbage everywhere. When I called the front desk to let them know, someone finally came up and instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, he made the excuse he went down to the lobby for 10 minutes. 「This is such an underrated hotel. Quiet, friendly staff and the gym is actually loaded! It’s a two star hotel but really it acts like a three star. Breakfast was quality even though it was a continental which can be hit or miss but it was solid. Fresh food coming out constantly! Room was functional with great tv options. Shower felt amazing too after a big day. Thank you team for a great experience!!」

「The staff were helpful but our room on the second floor was decrepit. The air conditioning smelled like urine, there was hair all over the bed, and the lock on our door was broken. I would not recommend staying here.」
