10/10 Excellent

"Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! Now thats service! Food was great, the swiming pool was great. 11/10 stars! Definetly would come back!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property was very clean, and the amenities were well maintained. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, which made the experience convenient from start to finish. The only downside was the sleeping situation. Throughout the night, the rooftop A/C unit produced an extremely loud vibrating noise whenever it turned on. Unfortunately, it was disruptive enough that my partner and I lost quite a bit of sleep. Aside from that issue, we really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the overall experience. If the noise issue is addressed, this would be an excellent place to stay"

"I thought I was securing villas but they were actually just regular rooms. All the photos I saw with the spacious villas and amenities were what I thought I was getting-then to be utterly disappointed with the regular size hotel rooms. Be sure not to make the same mistake! I guess I thought because it is called "Villas" that it was what I was getting. There was limited covered parking-and in the heat-we sometimes got a spot, and sometimes we had to walk a distance and park the car uncovered. The property is beautiful and clean. The location is not terrible, but each day we ended up 30+ minutes away for our itinerary. We probably should have stayed in Palm Springs."
