"Our family with girl of 3yr really really enjoyed the stay. Wonderful swimming pool and wonderful resort with very friendly staffs. It was our first time in hyatt but it exceeded my expectation so much. It was dreamy vacation for us and we will definitely be back soon!"

"I’ve stayed at the JW Marriott Palm Desert multiple times, and overall it continues to be a fun and enjoyable experience. The property is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. That said, the pool area was a bit underwhelming during this visit. There were four plastic cups sitting on the ground near the edge of the pool directly in front of me. Several staff members walked by them multiple times without addressing the issue. The cups were eventually removed, but only after I brought it to someone’s attention. At a resort of this caliber, I’d expect a bit more attentiveness in maintaining the pool area throughout the day. Despite that, the service from the team was excellent overall, and we still had a great time. The JW Marriott remains one of our favorite desert getaways, and we look forward to returning."

"The villa was amazing, quiet, clean, beautiful, pool area was comfortable. Parking is extra. Full kitchen in the suite to prepare meals. Great internet for work and vacation. Some villas have washer and dryers so ask. I’ve stayed there twice. Very nice I would 100% go back. Easygoing. Relaxing just a really nice affordable place to stay. Very hot in May-Aug wear good water shoes to the pool cause the cement can get hot. Towels provided. Love this resort."
